If you are booking a transfer from an airport or train station, we recommend entering your actual flight arrival time as your pick-up time. This helps the driver plan the meeting smoothly and ensures they arrive at the right moment.

Important: If your arrival time changes for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule with the driver if needed.

For transfers from a hotel to the airport, please provide the time you want the driver to meet you at the hotel lobby. You will need to calculate your departure time yourself. We suggest allowing around 3 hours for airport check-in, in addition to the travel time shown on the booking page.

Example: If your flight departs at 14:00 and the travel time to the airport is 1 hour, your recommended pick-up time would be 10:00.
